This is the key for my box lock project. The barrel has been rolled out of a piece of flat stock and brazed. The bit was forged, filed, and then brazed onto the shank. The bow was forged, filed, bent into an oval, and then brazed to the barrel. The other piece is the pin which positions the key in the lock.
